Locations

Locations is where you define and keep track of your force's areas of operation.

Similarly to any of the Resources sections you can add, edit and remove locations in categories such as Bases | Police Stations, Workshops and Wards | Beats. There are also tools for searching and filtering as well as CSV and JSON exports.

To add a location click the yellow Add button in the bottom right corner, fill in the necessary details and click Save. If any of the required fields is not filled out the app will underline it in red and add 'Required' warning.

One of the informations required for any type of location is the Boundary that you need to define by clicking on the pencil button on the map. Clicking on the pencil icon allows you to begin drawing on the map. Click once on the map to add a point to the boundary and double click to finish. When a boundary has been set the pencil icon will turn blue to indicate that a boundary exists.
